新商科人才培养策略——以安徽新华学院电子商务专业为例 被引量:1

New Business Talent Training Strategy—Taking the E-Commerce Major of Anhui Xinhua University as an Example

摘要 随着互联网、大数据、人工智能、数字经济等高新技术的发展,一方面,商业业态及模式都呈现出新的特征,进而催生出新商科人才需求,为高校的商科教育带来了新的发展机遇。另一方面,2022年预计毕业大学生人数将首次突破1000万,叠加奥密克戎等新冠疫情因素,企业招工难与学生就业难现象并存的矛盾仍然存在,有的放矢地提高各专业就业率,是当下社会亟需解决的问题之一。在此背景下,安徽新华学院积极完善新商科人才培养体系,并以电子商务专业为例,从教育新理念、课程新体系、教育新范式、师资新活力四个方面展开,围绕教学、实习、校企合作、学科竞赛等环节展开了具体的实践,以期为我国商科教育的发展提供可参考的意见和建议,使得商科教育又快又好地发展。 With the development of high-tech such as the Internet, big data, artificial intelligence, and digital economy, on the one hand, the format and model of business all have shown the new characteristics, which improve the demand for new business talent and bring many opportunities for the education in colleges and universities. On the other hand, due to the number of graduated students is expected to exceed 10 million in 2022, superimposed on the factors of COVID-19 such as Omicron, the contradiction of the coexistence of enterprise recruitment difficulties and student employment difficulties still exists. It is one of the urgent problems to be solved in the current society to improve the employment rate of various majors with a clear aim. Under the background, Anhui Xinhua University actively improves the new business talent training system, and takes e-commerce major as an example. Anhui Xinhua university studies those problem from four aspects: new education concept, new curriculum system, new education paradigm, and new vitality of teachers, focusing on teaching, internship, school-enterprise cooperation, subject competitions, and other links have carried out specific practices in order to provide reference opinions and suggestions for the development of business education.
