疫情背景下上海市中学教师网络教学的现状及应对策略探析

摘要 在上海疫情封控期间,正常的教学秩序由线下转为线上。在“停课不停学”背景下,教师作为网络教学的实施者和疫情的参与者,也遇到了不少挑战,各种矛盾问题集中突显。研究对我校教师网络教学进行调查访谈,分析新冠疫情下中学教师网络教学状况的发展现状及其问题,主要表现在:中学教师的网络使用和网络教学的管理两个方面。基于此,研究从个人素养、专业素养、教学实践、差异教学、纾解各方困难五个方面对中学教师网络教学能力的提升提出4点应对策略,以为当下中学教师的网络教学提供有利的研究及实践参考。 During the closure and control of the epidemic in Shanghai, the normal teaching order changed from offline to online. Under the background of “suspending classes without stopping learning”, teachers, as implementers of online teaching and participants in the epidemic, have also encoun-tered many challenges, and various contradictions have been highlighted. The research conducted surveys and interviews on the network teaching of teachers in our school, and analyzed the development status and problems of the network teaching situation of middle school teachers under the new crown epidemic. Based on this, the study proposes five coping strategies to improve the online teaching ability of middle school teachers from five aspects: personal quality, professional quality, teaching practice, differentiated teaching and alleviating difficulties of all parties so as to provide favorable research and practical reference for the current network teaching of middle school teachers.
