新时代普通本科高校创新人才培养模式建设研究

Research on the Construction of Innovative Talent Cultivation Mode for General Undergraduate Universities in New Era

目前,中国高等教育在整体规模和校均规模上实现了质的飞跃,新时代高等教育发展不再是追求传统的“规模效益”,而是“内涵式发展”,其中人才培养模式创新发展是高等教育“内涵式发展”的重要一环。本论文对普通本科高校新时代人才培养模式建设进行了深入探讨,首先分析了国内外人才培养模式建设现状及存在问题,进一步提出了人才培养模式建设发展的4个原则,最后给出了7种人才培养模式发展建议。本论文研究内容将为新时代普通本科高校人才培养模式改革政策制定提供参考,为全面深化人才培养改革提供思路和理论依据。

At present, China’s higher education has achieved a qualitative leap in the overall scale and aver-age school scale. The development of higher education in the new era is no longer the pursuit of traditional “scale efficiency”, but “connotative development”, in which the innovative development of talent training mode is an important part of the “connotative development” of higher education. This paper makes an in-depth discussion on the construction of talent cultivation mode in the new era of general undergraduate universities. Firstly, it analyzes the current situation and problems of talent cultivation mode construction at both domestic and abroad, and then puts forward four principles for the construction and development of talent cultivation model. Finally, it gives seven suggestions for the development of talent cultivation model. The research content will provide reference for the policy formulation of talent cultivation mode reform of general undergraduate universities in the new era, and provide ideas and theoretical basis for the comprehensive deepening of talent cultivation reform.
