德育教育过程中校园文化发挥作用的心理机制及对策研究

摘要 校园文化是大学发展中的灵魂所在和精神所在,是学校教育的重要组成部分,对学校德育教育和“立德树人”有着巨大的推动作用。探索校园文化在德育教育中发挥作用的心理机制及其价值,厘清校园文化建设中存在的基础设施建设、教风学风、管理制度、多元文化冲突等问题,大力加强校园精神文化、自然环境、制度文化和行为文化建设,对于增强德育工作的针对性和实效性具有十分重要作用。 Campus culture is the soul and spirit in the development of University, which is also an important part of school education, and has a huge role in promoting moral education and “cultivating people”. Exploring the psychological mechanism and value of campus culture’s role in moral education, clarifying issues such as infrastructure construction, teaching style, management system, and multicultural conflict existing in the construction of campus culture, and strengthening campus spiritual culture, natural environment, and institutions vigorously, are essential for the construction of culture and behavior culture in enhancing the pertinence and timeliness of moral education work.
