摘要
基于传统创新思维理论及TRIZ理论,通过对定期–阶段性融合组会制度的建立及实践结果的调查分析,寻求一种以创新性为导向的定期–阶段性融合组会模式,通过导师的引领,培养研究生形成创新思维模式,就自己的研究领域提出创新性的观点,积极寻求创新性研究方法,为今后更好地探索出一种适合专创融合性人才培养的组会模式提供一定的理论基础。
Based on the traditional innovative thinking theory and TRIZ theory, we seek an innovative oriented regular-periodic integration group meeting mode through the investigation and analysis of the establishment and practical results of the regular-periodic integration group meeting system. Graduate students were trained to form an innovative thinking mode, put forward innovative views on their own research fields, and actively seek innovative research methods through the guidance of tutors. It could provide a certain theoretical basis for better exploring a group meeting mode suitable for the training of professional and creative integrated talents in the future.
