为深化党建与育人相融合,推动校企深度合作,基于产教融合视域探索校企党建工作存在的问题,提出校企党组织织密基层党建网格,构建产教融合大背景下的红色“磁力场”,加强学生实习期的党建引领作用,激活党员“微细胞”,双方联动构筑以学生为中心的平台资源“同心园”,齐抓共管,同频共振,提升党建引领的内生动力,丰富党建活动内容和形式,培养工匠专业人才的校企党组织协同双元育人实践路径。

In order to deepen the integration of Party building and education, promote the in-depth cooperation between schools and enterprises, explore the problems in school enterprise party building based on the perspective of industry education integration, propose that school enterprise party organizations should organize a dense grass-roots party building grid, build a red “magnetic field” under the background of industry education integration, strengthen the leading role of party building during the internship period of students, activate the “micro cells” of party members, and jointly build a student-centered platform resource “concentric park” to achieve common management, The same frequency resonance improves the endogenous driving force of party building, enriches the content and forms of party building activities, and trains craftsmen and professional and practices path of dual education of school enterprise party organization coordination.
