“新商科”背景下商科专业本科生导师制模式优化探究——以宁波大学商学院为例

摘要 随着互联网经济的兴起,高校“新商科”建设开始被广泛关注,本科生导师制在培养“新商科”人才的过程中发挥着积极作用。笔者依据所在学院本科生导师制的实施情况,结合“新商科”发展的需求特点,提出了实施多学科交叉、学生社团、分级分类三种本科生导师制模式并存的设想,构建具有中国特色的本科生导师制运行模式。 With the rise of the Internet economy, the construction of “new business majors” in colleges and universities began to be widely concerned, and undergraduate tutorial system plays an active role in the process of training “new business majors” talent. Based on the implementation of the undergraduate tutorial system in the author’s college, combined with the demand characteristics of the development of “new business majors”, the author puts forward the idea of implementing the coexistence of three undergraduate tutorial system modes: multidisciplinary cross, student associations and classification, and constructs the undergraduate tutorial system operation mode with Chinese characteristics.
