基于科尔伯格道德教育理论的土木工程专业课程思政方式研究

摘要 为更好地落实立德树人根本任务、提升理工科专业中课程思政的实效,基于科尔伯格道德教育理论,在文化自信视域下,构建了融合传统文化经典的土木工程专业课程思政新方式。新方式立足于科尔伯格理论原理,以“多样性”和“隐蔽性”为根本理念,以德育输出为核心建立了融合传统文化经典与具体知识点的多样化形式,以德育效果为核心建立了融合传统文化经典与具体知识点的隐蔽化方式。应用表明:新方式的具体成果能有效克服德育和专业知识教育的枯燥性与说教性,提升生动性与趣味性,以多样、隐蔽的方式传递德育诉求。 In order to better implement the fundamental task of cultivating people by virtue and improve the effectiveness of curriculum ideology and politics in science and engineering majors, a new curriculum ideology and politics manner integrating traditional cultural classics for civil engineering major based on Kohlberg’s moral education theory and the perspective of cultural self-confidence has been proposed. Based on the basic principles of Kohlberg’s theory, the new manner takes “diversity” and “concealment” as the fundamental concepts. Diversified form that integrates traditional cultural classics and specific knowledge points was established by taking moral education output as the core, and concealed way of integrating traditional cultural classics and specific knowledge points was established by taking moral education effects as the core. Actual application shows that the specific output of the new manner can effectively overcome the boring and didactic nature of moral education and professional knowledge education, improve vividness and interest, and convey moral education demands in various and hidden ways.
