高校“管理学”课程思政建设的九个维度

摘要 专业课教师是高校思政教育的主力军,专业课是高校思政建设的主渠道,因此,高校专业课老师要把课程思政提高到立德树人这一战略高度,从态度、力度、广度、热度、亮度、融合度、温度、高度、满意度等维度入手。只有这样,才能形成“课程门门有思政、教师人人讲育人”的育人格局。 Teachers of professional courses are the main force of ideological and political education in col-leges and universities, and professional courses are the main channel of ideological and political construction in colleges and universities. Therefore, teachers of professional courses in colleges and universities should raise the ideological and political curriculum to the strategic height of establishing morality and cultivating people, starting from the dimensions of attitude, strength, breadth, heat, brightness, integration, temperature, height, satisfaction, etc. Only in this way can we form the educational pattern of “every course has ideological and political education, and every teacher participates in training talents”.
