摘要
随着我国工程教育专业认证逐渐开展,将工程认证理念融入到课程教学过程对专业建设和发展具有深远意义。本文分析了《食品标准与法规》传统教学体系中存在的主要问题,在工程认证背景下从教师能力的提升、教学思政、教学模式等方面优化考核评价体系,实施课程改革,倡导以学生为中心、自主实践的教学理念,提升学生自主学习意识和科学素养,为解决复杂工程问题打下坚实的基础,有力支撑工程教育认证对课程教学指标点达成的要求。
With the development of engineering education professional certification in China, integrating the concept of engineering certification into the course teaching process has far-reaching significance for professional construction and development. This paper analysed the main problems in the traditional teaching system of food standards and regulations. The improvement of teachers’ ability, teaching ideology, teaching mode were reformed based on engineering education certification and the assessment standard was optimized. The teaching concept of student-centered and self- directed practice was advocated to cultivate students’ self-directed learning consciousness and scientific literacy. It laid a solid foundation for solving complex engineering problems and supported the requirement of engineering education certification for the achievement of teaching target points.
