基于胜任素质模型的员工培训体系创新研究

摘要 当前,经济发展速度的不断提高,企业之间的竞争日趋激烈。面对目前激烈的竞争现状,国有企业要适应新时代新环境就需要重视人才的培养和持续性的成人教育。人才队伍是企业发展过程中最核心的竞争力,企业对于人才的培训需要构建多层次、针对性、全覆盖的企业教育培训体系。企业可通过高效的培训提升员工的能力和素质,从而提升企业在市场的竞争力。员工作为公司的一员,也是通信行业的技术人才,是电信公司发展的重要战略人力资源。本文通过查阅大量国内外参考文献、问卷调查法、案例访谈法对通信行业多类别员工培训情况进行了深入了解,对不同职位所必需的素质进行分析的基础上,尝试构建基于胜任素质模型的员工培训体系,最终目的是帮助提升通信行业员工的能力,促进企业效益的提高,为企业带来更大的价值。 At present, with the continuous improvement of the speed of economic development, the competition among enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce. Facing the current situation of fierce competition, state-owned enterprises need to pay attention to the cultivation of talents and continuous adult education if they want to adapt to the new environment in the new era. The talent team is the core competitiveness in the process of enterprise development, and the enterprise needs to build a multi-level, targeted and full-coverage enterprise education and training system for talent training. Enterprises can improve the ability and quality of employees through efficient training, thereby enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises in the market. As a member of the company, employees are also technical talents in the communication industry and an important strategic human resource for the development of telecommunications companies. In this paper, by consulting a large number of domestic and foreign references, questionnaires, and case interviews, we examine communication. Based on a thorough understanding of the training situation of employees in multiple categories in the industry and an analysis of the necessary qualities for different positions, an attempt was made to construct a winning based approach. The ultimate goal of the employee training system based on the Ren Quality Model is to help enhance the abilities of employees in the communication industry, promote the improvement of enterprise efficiency, and provide guidance for the enterprise to achieve greater value.
