构建以学生为中心的课程思政育人体系探索与实践

摘要 长期以来,边疆民族地区高校普遍面临着意识形态领域安全、学生培养价值塑造未能充分与知识培养和能力提升融为一体、课堂内外存在相互割裂、思政育人效果不显著等问题,本文以边疆民族地区财经类高校新疆财经大学为例,全面客观地展示学校构建以学生为中心“1 + 345”课程思政育人体系的探索与实践,从育人体系构建背景、主要内涵、实施过程、主要创新、实践效果以及存在的问题及建议等方面作展示,通过构建“组合拳”,起到“内化于心”“外化于行”作用,为丝绸之路经济带核心区建设培养合格财经人才所作的有益实践。 For a long time, the colleges and universities in the border areas are generally faced with such problems as the security of the ideological field, the insufficient integration of the cultivation of students’ value with the cultivation of knowledge and the promotion of their ability, the separa-tion between the inside and outside of the classroom, and the insignificant effect of ideological and political education, taking Xinjiang University of Finance and economics as an example, this paper objectively shows the exploration and practice of constructing the student-centered “1 + 345” ideological and political education system, from the aspects of the educational system construction background, the main connotation, the implementation process, the main innovation, the practice effect as well as the existence question and the suggestion and so on to display, through the construction “The combination fist”, it plays the role of “Internalizing” and “Externalizing”, and is a useful practice for training qualified financial talents for the construction of the core area of the Silk Road economic belt.
