“三全育人”理念下本科生导师制人才培养模式探索与实践——以浙江理工大学数字媒体技术专业为例

摘要 依托数字媒体技术专业,在分析人才培养中存在的问题基础上,提出一种复合型专业在“三全育人”理念和本科生导师制下创新人才培养模式,在培养方案改革、师资建设、实践环节改革、学生学习实践方式改革基础上,通过“四化三融合”的有效路径,对数字媒体技术人才实践能力培养模式进行改革和实践,促进教书与育人的融合。 Based on the digital media technology major and the analysis of the problems in talent training, this paper proposes an innovative talent training mode for the composite major under the back-ground of “three-wide education” and the undergraduate tutorial system. On the basis of the reform of training programs, teacher construction, practice link reform, and the reform of stu-dents’ learning and practice methods, through the effective path to reform and practice the training mode of practical ability of digital media technology talents to promote the integration of teaching and education.
