初中语文教师数字素养现状调查

摘要 数字技术不断成为教育领域重要的驱动因素,提升初中语文教师数字素养是推进教育数字化转型的关键软实力,是培养数字化教师队伍的重要环节。通过随机抽样乐山县区134名初中语文教师,调查分析初中语文教师数字素养的现状。结果显示,初中语文教师数字素养整体水平较低;不同性别、不同教龄和不同学历程度的教师的数字素养存在显著差异。针对调查结果提出了包括卓越师范生在内的乡村未来和在职初中语文教师数字素养提升建议。 Digital technology has become an important driving factor in the field of education, and improving the digital literacy of junior middle school Chinese teachers is the key soft power to promote the digital transformation of education and an important part of cultivating digital teachers. Through a random sample of 134 junior middle school Chinese teachers in Leshan, the current situation of digital literacy of junior middle school Chinese teachers was investigated and analyzed. The results showed that the overall level of digital literacy of junior middle school Chinese teachers was low. There are significant differences in the digital literacy of teachers of different genders, different teaching ages and different educational levels. Suggestions for improving the digital literacy of future and in-service middle school Chinese teachers in rural area, including outstanding normal school students, were proposed based on the survey results.
