高校思政课青年女教师成长困境与破解路径探析

摘要 近年来,随着国家对高校思政课的高度重视,高校思政课教师队伍人数不断增长,年龄结构趋向年轻化,高校思政课青年女教师日益成为开展高校思想政治工作的关键主体,肩负着立德树人的重要使命。由于这一群体的特殊性,她们在教书育人过程中面临诸多困境与挑战。结合高校思政课青年女教师的群体特点,突破困境,一是思政课青年女教师需做好职业生涯规划,增强职业自信,树立终身学习意识,提升教学能力;二是高校需突出人文关怀,注重教师培养培训工作,优化制度设计,完善薪酬结构及考核评价机制。 In recent years, as the state attaches great importance to ideological and political courses in col-leges and universities, the number of teachers of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities continues to grow, and the age structure tends to be younger. Young female teachers of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities have increasingly become the key subjects in carrying out ideological and political work in colleges and universities, shouldering the important mission of cultivating morality and cultivating people. Because of the particularity of this group, they face many difficulties and challenges in the process of teaching and educating people. According to the group characteristics of young female teachers of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities, this paper breaks through the dilemma. First, young female teachers of ideological and political courses need to do a good job in career planning, enhance professional self-confidence, establish lifelong learning awareness, and improve teaching ability;Second, colleges and universities should highlight humanistic care, pay attention to teacher training, optimize system design, improve salary structure and evaluation mechanism.
