随着网络教育技术的迅猛发展,医学教改也迎来挑战与机遇。网络教育技术作为现代医学教学传播的媒介,为医学人才培养提供了崭新的平台,为传统医学教育提供了新的模式,同时对传统线下医学教育提出了新的挑战。网络教育与传统教育,各有优缺点,是教改的新问题。本文将从网络医学教育的特点与应用、传统医学教育的特点以及两者之间的相辅相成和共同发展三个方面进行阐述。指出传统医学教育和网络医学教育各自的优劣之处,不能简单地存一放弃一。应更好地使网络医学教育与传统医学教育相辅相成,将二者融合为一互为补充的教学模式,形成适合现代医学教育需求的新的医学教育模式。
