摘要 服务国家战略是课程思政的核心内涵,公共危机管理课程作为公共管理类本科专业的一门专业课程,对引导大学生牢固树立总体国家安全观、提升应急管理素养具有关键作用。在当前网络安全已提升到国家安全战略层面的形势下,“网络谣言传播与治理”专题教学挖掘与融入课程思政元素设计教学过程,着力加强大学生网络安全与法制教育,为探索做好新时代课程思政建设提供参考。 Serving the national strategy is the core connotation of the course. Public Crisis Management, as a professional course for undergraduate public management majors, plays a key role in guiding college students to firmly establish the overall national security concept and improve their emergency management literacy. In the current situation that network security has been upgraded to the level of national security strategy, the teaching of the topic of “Network Rumour Dissemination and Governance” explores and integrates the elements of course ideology into the design of the teaching process, focuses on strengthening college students’ education on network security and the rule of law, and provides a reference for exploring the construction of course ideology in the new era.
