摘要
自“双减”政策实施以来,家校社合作共育成为教育领域的热门研究内容。尽管我国不断强调三元育人的重要性,但是三方的合作效率仍然低下。其主要原因是协同目标缺乏一致性、协同主体责任边界模糊且缺失合作渠道以及协同内容单一,形式狭隘。本文通过调查研究,结合家校社合作的现状分析我国家校社合作面临的困境,从多个维度分析家校社协同育人的实现途径,包括保持协同目标的一致性、厘清各协同主体的责任划分,避免越位缺位、通过数字化赋能,深化合作内容和拓宽合作方式以及建立有效的家校社合作共育评估体系,旨在拓宽家校社共育的研究思路和角度,以及为三方能够更加高效地发挥教育合力,促进学生的学习和全面发展,最终落实立德树人的教育目标提供一些有价值的参考。
Since the implementation of the “double reduction” policy, the cooperative education of family, school and community has become a hot research content in the field of education. Although our country constantly emphasizes the importance of cooperative education, the efficiency of trilateral cooperation is still low. The main reasons are the lack of consistency of collaborative goals, the blurred responsibility boundary of collaborative subjects, the lack of cooperation channels, and the single content and narrow form of cooperation. Through investigation and research, this paper analyzes the difficulties faced by cooperative education in our country in combination with the current situation. Besides, this paper analyzes the ways to achieve collaborative education from multiple dimensions, including maintaining the consistency of collaborative goals, clarifying the division of responsibilities among collaborative subjects, empowering education through digitalization, deepening cooperation content and methods as well as establishing an effective evaluation system. This paper aims to broaden the research ideas and perspectives of family-school- community cooperative education, and to provide some valuable references for the three parties to exert their joint efforts in education more efficiently, so that can promote students’ learning and all-round development, and finally implement the educational goal of cultivating virtues and morality.
