An Analysis on the Training Paths of College Student Cadres under the Background of “Three-Wide Education”

高校学生干部是青年学生的骨干力量、核心群体,学生干部是学生工作不可或缺的力量,是联系学校与学生、教师与学生的纽带,在高校的教育管理、思想政治教育、群团组织建设和大学生自我教育、自我管理、自我服务中发挥着巨大地作用。目前,高校学生干部培养工作存在差异,高校要不断加强学生干部的培养,全面提高学生干部的综合素质,从“三全育人”背景下深入研究高校学生干部的培养路径尤为重要。

Student cadres in colleges and universities are the backbone and core group of young students, the indispensable force of student work, the link between schools and students, teachers and students, and play a huge role in the educational management, ideological and political education, group organization construction and college students’ self-education, self-management and self-service. At present, there are differences in the training of student cadres in colleges and universities. Colleges and universities should constantly strengthen the training of student cadres and improve the comprehensive quality of student cadres in an all-round way.
