基于OBE理念的设计类专业教学管理优化研究

摘要 OBE理念是一种基于学习成果,以成果/能力为导向的教育理念,随着设计类专业毕业生出现就业压力逐渐增大,就业率逐年下降的现象,反推原因,个人认为主要集中在专业课程体系设置未能以能力产出为导向、教师教学方式传统陈旧、校企合作未能走深走实、创新创业教育与专业教育脱节等方面。设计类专业需以OBE教学理念做好课程整体设计,重视实践教学体系构建,改变教师传统的教学思维和教学方式,深化产教融合,注重学生个体的成果展示,构建持续改进的评价体系等。 OBE concept is an education concept based on learning outcomes and oriented by results/abilities. As the employment pressure of graduates majoring in design has gradually increased, the employment rate has declined year by year. In my opinion, it mainly focuses on the professional curriculum system setting that failed to be production-oriented, the traditional teaching methods of teachers are outdated, the school-enterprise cooperation fails to go deep and practical, and the innovation and entrepreneurship education is disconnected from professional education. Design majors should do a good job in the overall course design with the OBE teaching concept, attach importance to the construction of a practical teaching system, change teachers' traditional teaching thinking and teaching methods, deepen the integration of production and teaching, pay attention to the achievement display of individual students, and build an evaluation system for continuous improvement.
