Research on the Construction Path of College Counselors’ Ethics in the New Era

高校辅导员是高校落实立德树人根本任务的中坚力量,师德师风素养对大学生的成长至关重要。新时代,国家要求加强高校的师德师风建设,因此,面对当前部分辅导员存在师德师风失范现象,高校师德师风考核评价监督机制不健全,师德环境欠佳等高校师德建设失效化的困境,需要积极响应建设高质量教师队伍的时代号召,将教育与管理、正面宣传与警示教育、全过程推进与分类开展、师德养成与师能提升等有机结合,与时代同行,探索新时代高校辅导员师德师风建设新路径。本文剖析了当前辅导员队伍师德建设工作中存在的四方面问题,并从重视理论学习学习、完善辅导员发展路径、重视师德培训与教师评价体系、营造氛围等方面提出了解决路径探析,为辅导员师德师风建设工作提供路径探索和思考。

College counselors are the backbone of the university to implement the fundamental task of virtue and moral education, and teacher ethics is very important to the growth of college students. New era, the national requirements to strengthen the ethics of college strengthen construction, therefore, in the face of the current counselor ethics strengthen anomie phenomenon, colleges, and universities' ethics strengthen evaluation supervision mechanism is not sound, poor ethics environment and the plight of the construction of college ethics failure, need to actively respond to the construction of high quality of teachers, education and management, positive publicity and warning education, the whole process of propulsion and classification, ethics cultivation and teacher can improve the organic combination, and age, to explore the new era of college counselors ethics strengthen construction new path. This paper analyzes the current counselor team’s four problems existing in the ethics construction work, and from the importance to the theoretical study, improve the counselor development path, attaches great importance to the teacher’s ethics training and teacher evaluation system, creating atmosphere put forward the solution path analysis, for counselor ethics strengthen construction work path exploration and thinking.
