隐性教育理论视域下高校英语教师课程施政能力研究

摘要 随着全球化的发展,社会对英语人才的需求从语言综合运用能力到思想道德素质均提出了更高要求。大学英语课程是高校落实立德树人根本任务的重要场地。大学英语教师作为英语教育的主体,是课程思政实施落地的关键,其课程思政实施能力对于提高学生的英语水平和培养学生的跨文化交际能力具有重要意义。研究旨在从教学内容、教学方法和教学体系三个方面探讨高校英语教师课程施政能力现状;从落实立德树人根本任务和新时代对教师思政素养两个需求层面分析了隐性教育理论视域下提升大学英语教师课程施政能力的必要性。其提升策略主要有以下三点:一是加强思政培训,提升大学英语教师思政素养;二是构建协同合作机制,深化大学英语思政教师团队建设;三是完善激励机制,助推大学英语教师课程思政内驱力。 With the development of globalization, society has put forward higher requirements for English talents from language comprehensive application competence to ideological and moral quality. College English course is an important field for colleges and universities to carry out. College English teachers, as the main party of English education, are the key to the implementation of curriculum-based ideological and political education. Besides, their ability of implementing curriculum-based ideological and political education has great significance for improving students’ English language ability and cultivating students’ cross-cultural communication competence. This paper aims to discuss the current situation of college English teachers’ curriculum-based ideological and political education ability from the following three aspects: teaching content, teaching method and teaching system. It also analyzes the necessity of improving the skills of curriculum- based ideological and political education of college English teachers based on the implicit education theory from the two aspects: the demands of implementing the fundamental task of cultivating moral character and nurturing talent, the new era’s higher requirement on ideological and political accomplishment to teachers. There are three strategies to improve College English teachers’ curriculum-based ideological and political education skill, that is, to strengthen ideological and political training to improve college English teachers’ ideological and political literacy;to develop a cooperative mechanism and deepen the construction of ideological and political team of college English teachers;to improve the incentive mechanism to boost the ideological and political drive of college English teachers.
