信息化背景下数字化教学资源建设与应用探析

在信息化背景下,数字化教学资源是高校教学与科研的基础,是提高教学质量和学生综合素质的重要保障。然而,当前我国数字化教学资源建设和应用仍存在一些问题,如部分高校对数字化教学资源建设认识不足,重视程度不够;数字化教学资源建设水平参差不齐;信息化管理系统建设不完善;缺乏数字化教学资源应用的绩效评价机制等。因此,高校应提高对数字化教学资源建设与应用的重视程度;加强教师队伍的培训,提高其信息素养;完善数字化教学资源管理系统,提高信息化管理水平;完善信息化绩效评价机制,提高数字化教学资源应用效益等。

In the context of informatization, digital teaching resources are the foundation of university education and scientific research, and they are an important guarantee for improving teaching quality and students’ overall competence. However, there are still some problems in the con-struction and application of digital teaching resources in China, such as inadequate under-standing and insufficient attention from some universities, uneven levels of construction, incom-plete information management systems, and a lack of performance evaluation mechanisms for the application of digital teaching resources. Therefore, universities should attach more importance to the construction and application of digital teaching resources, strengthen the training of teachers to enhance their information literacy, improve the management system for digital teaching resources, enhance the level of information management, and perfect the performance evaluation mechanism for informatization, thus enhancing the effectiveness of the application of digital teaching resources.
