中职班主任工作存在的问题与对策研究

摘要 职业教育的使命是为中国特色社会主义发展培养一批坚实可靠的技术技能型人才,中职学生是指在初中毕业后分流进入中等职业学校学习的学生,这一群体的年龄分布在16~19岁,正处于青春期,这一阶段学生叛逆心理严重、具有较强的自我感,但由于这一群体在中学阶段成绩较差,属于老师不抱期望不管教的组织,又有一定的自卑性,这些特征表明中职班级管理工作难度可见一斑。中职班主任作为班级发展的引导者,其工作开展不仅要使用科学的教育教学方法,更要注意运用艺术手段,将教育思想以学生喜闻乐见的方式呈现。本文欲试图形成一套系统有效的管理方式供广大教育工作者借鉴使用。 The mission of vocational education is to train a group of solid and reliable technical talents for the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Secondary vocational students refer to the students who are shunted into secondary vocational schools after graduation from junior middle school. The age distribution of this group is 16~19 years old, and they are in adolescence. At this stage, the students have a serious rebellious psychology and a strong sense of self. However, due to the poor performance of this group in the middle school stage, they belong to the organization of teachers without expectations and discipline, and have a certain inferiority complex. These characteristics show that the management of secondary vocational classes is difficult to see. As the leader of class development, the class teacher in charge of secondary vocational schools should not only use scientific education and teaching methods, but also pay attention to the use of artistic means to present educational ideas in a way that students enjoy. This paper attempts to form a set of systematic and effective management methods for the majority of educators to use for reference.
