组织学与胚胎学“课程思政”在本科教学中的初探

摘要 将“课程思政”融入专业课教学过程是我国高校教育改革面临的新要求和新挑战。医学院校要想培养出符合时代要求的医疗人员,课程思政是提升医学生思想政治觉悟和职业道德素养的重要途经。《组织学与胚胎学》是医学高等教育中的重要专业基础课,将思政元素融入此门课教学中,是“知识”和“德育”的有机结合,也是贯彻立德树人根本任务的重要举措。教师应深刻认识课程思政在医学生学习中的重要意义,提高自身的德育意识和德育能力。本文根据大一新生特点,寻找组织胚胎学授课中思政元素的切入点,将爱国主义、敬畏生命、珍爱生命、医学伦理与科学精神融入组织学与胚胎学课程教学,一方面加深大学生对于专业知识的理解和认知,另一方面在技能提升的同时潜移默化地帮助学生树立正确的世界观、人生观和价值观,培养医德高尚、医术精湛、富有人文精神的高素质医护人员。 It is a new requirement and a new challenge to integrate “Ideological and Political Courses” into the teaching process of professional courses. If medical colleges want to train medical personnel in line with the requirements of the Times, ideological and political course is an important way to improve medical students’ ideological and political consciousness and professional ethics. Histology and Embryology is an important professional basic course in medical higher education. Integrating ideological and political elements into the teaching of this course is an organic combination of “knowledge” and “moral education”, and also an important measure to carry out the fundamental task of cultivating morality and people. Teachers should have a deep understanding of the importance of curriculum ideology and politics in the study of medical students and improve their moral education consciousness and ability. In this paper, according to the characteristics of freshmen, we seek the entry point of ideological and political elements in the teaching of histology and embryology, and integrate patriotism, reverence for life, cherish of life, medical ethics and scientific spirit into histology and embryology course teaching. On the one hand, we could deepen college students’ understanding and cognition of professional knowledge. On the other hand, it helps students to set up the correct world outlook, the outlook on life and values, imperceptibly while improving their skills, and cultivates high-quality medical staff with noble medical ethics, exquisite medical skills and humanistic spirit.
