高中生物学教学中营养健康知识的渗透策略

摘要 营养健康知识与高中生物学科密切相关,在人教版高中生物教材中蕴含着许多可渗透的营养知识。但是在目前的高中生物学教学中,渗透营养健康知识的相关研究不多,营养健康知识的渗透力不足,不利于学生的健康成长。青少年营养健康问题一直受到国家、社会、学校以及学生自身的关注。本文分析了在高中生物学教学中渗透营养健康教育的优势,提出了高中生物学教学中渗透营养健康教育的策略。 Nutrition and health knowledge is closely related to high school biology, and there is much permeable nutritional knowledge in the high school biology textbooks of the People’s Education Edition. However, in the current high school biology teaching, there is not much research related to the penetration of nutrition and health knowledge, and the penetration of nutrition and health knowledge is insufficient, which is not conducive to the healthy growth of students. Adolescent nutrition and health issues have always attracted the attention of the state, society, schools and students themselves. This paper analyzes the advantages of penetrating nutrition and health education in high school biology teaching, and puts forward the strategy of penetrating nutrition and health education in high school biology teaching.
