“双碳”理念融入《环境影响评价》课程教学改革探讨

摘要 “碳达峰”、“碳中和”已成为当前社会各界关注的焦点,将“双碳”理念融入高校《环境影响评价》课程的教学过程势在必行。本文基于应用型本科人才培养和“课程思政”的背景,剖析了《环境影响评价》课程的特点及当前教学过程中面临的问题,并对“双碳”理念融入《环境影响评价》课程的必要性进行了分析;最后从教学目标、教学资源、教学模式及课程考核等方面探讨了“双碳”理念融入《环境影响评价》课程教学的途径。本研究在高校《环境影响评价》课程的教学改革与实践方面作出了初步探索,对进一步提升本科教学质量、促进应用型专业人才培养具有重要的支撑作用,同时,可为其他专业课程的教学改革和“课程思政”建设提供借鉴。 “Carbon peak” and “carbon neutrality” have become the focus of attention from all walks of life. It is imperative to integrate the “double carbon” concept into the teaching process of “Environmental Impact Assessment” course in universities. Based on the background of applied undergraduate talent training and “curriculum ideological and political education”, this article analyzes the characteristics of the “Environmental Impact Assessment” course and the problems faced in the current teaching process, and analyzes the necessity of integrating the “double carbon” concept into “Environmental Impact Assessment” course. Finally, the method of integrating the “double carbon” concept into the teaching of the “Environmental Impact Assessment” course is discussed from the aspects of teaching objectives, teaching resources, teaching models and course assessment. This study has made a preliminary exploration of the teaching reform and practice of the “Environmental Impact Assessment” course in universities. It has an important supporting role in further improving the quality of undergraduate teaching and promoting the training of applied professionals. At the same time, it can provide a reference for the teaching reform and “curriculum ideological and political education” construction of other professional courses.
