高校辅导员对大学生情境性心理危机干预的策略研究

摘要 大学生处于心理秩序构建的关键期,他们思维活跃但稳定性不强,易受外界突发事件影响。高校辅导员作为开展大学生日常思想政治教育的骨干力量,肩负开展细致入微的心理健康教育和思想政治教育的双重使命。在学生遭遇情境性心理危机时,辅导员要及时发挥“领航员”“服务员”“督导员”的角色,用爱守护学生心灵,用扎实的政治素养教育引领学生,将育人与育心相结合,帮助学生重塑心序,青春再启航。 University students are in the key period of psychological order construction, their thinking is active but not strong stability, easy to be influenced by external emergencies. As the cornerstone of college students’ ideological, political, and mental health education, college counselors bear the significant responsibility of instilling morality and compassion. In times of situational psychological distress, university counselors must act as navigators, service providers, and supervisors, immediately tending to students’ needs with compassion and guiding them with exemplary political proficiency, nurturing both the individual and the spirit to help students re-establish positive attitude and start again.
