摘要
学前教育导师制人才培养模式的实践特征,体现为从知识本位到五育融合的教育思想转变,从就业导向到三位一体的功能定位演变,从并行培育到协同培养的培养路径改变。在新的历史方位中,学前教育导师制人才培养模式,是构建师生平等新型关系的有效途径,是实现三全育人与五育融合的重要支撑,是打造高质量学前教育育人体系的基础工程。为此,应当凝聚情感共同体增加群际认同,构建学习共同体助力全员育人,打造成长共同体推动全面发展。
The practical features of the talent training mode of the tutorial system in preschool education are embodied in the transformation from the knowledge standard to the “integration of Moral, Intellectual, Physical, Aesthetic and Labor Education”, and the evolution from the employment orientation to the Trinity, the change from parallel culture to cooperative culture. In the new historical position, the tutorial system of preschool education is an effective way to build a new relationship between teachers and students, and an important support to realize the “three complete education” and “integration of Moral, Intellectual, Physical, Aesthetic and Labor Education”, it is a basic project to build a high-quality preschool education system. Therefore, it is necessary to build emotional community to increase inter-group identity, build learning community to assist in all-member education and create a growth community to promote all-round development.
