Excellent traditional Chinese culture contains a wealth of precious educational and teaching re-sources. Based on the actual difficulties of integration, this paper explores the optimization path of integrating excellent traditional Chinese culture into ideological and political courses in universities, striving for the organic integration of the two, and further enhancing the political function and educational effect of ideological and political courses in universities.
