摘要
随着高等教育的普及化,学生作为大学治理最为核心的利益相关体之一,学生参与日益成为大学治理民主化和彰显学生公民权利的基本内容。但在高校治理过程中,学生并未完全参与大学治理,反而面对着诸多困境,具体表现为角色固化、权力失衡、渠道不畅、制度不完善等。应树立学生的主体意识,改变原有的角色意识;协调大学治理的内部权力结构;建设和发展学生组织;补充并完善相关的教育法律法规,健全学生参与大学治理的顶层设计,从而提升学生大学治理的参与度,切实发挥学生在大学治理过程中的作用。
With the popularization of higher education, students, as one of the core stakeholders of university governance, have increasingly become the basic content of the democratization of university governance and the manifestation of students’ civil rights. However, in the process of university governance, students do not fully participate in university governance, but face many difficulties, which are embodied in the role solidification, power imbalance, poor channels, and imperfect system. We should set up students’ subject consciousness and change their original role consciousness. We coordinate the internal power structure of university governance, build and develop student organizations, supplement and improve the relevant education laws and regulations, improve the top-level design of students’ participation in university governance, so as to enhance the participation of students in university governance and effectively play the role of students in the pro- cess of university governance.
