2022年新课标理念下新进教师教学能力发展调查研究——以湖南省中方县为例

摘要 随着义务教育课程改革的不断深入,新进教师教学能力的发展更是迫在眉睫。文章以怀化市中方县近两年部分新进教师为研究对象,针对新进教师教学能力现状及存在的问题展开调研,明确教学能力的不足之处与急需提升的能力。研究结果表明:新课标理念下更需要善于吸收学习型教师、长于研究反思型教师、甘于奉献敬业型教师、敢于探索创新型教师。最后综合问卷与访谈结果为新进教师教学能力的发展提出了合理的对策和建议:教育部门建立有效的培养机制、学校提供支持与指导、新进教师加强自我学习和训练等。 Developing new teachers’ teaching abilities is more urgent with the deepening of compulsory education curriculum reform. This paper takes some new teachers in Zhongfang County of Huaihua City in the past two years as the research object and surveys the current situation and problems of the recent teachers’ teaching ability, then makes clear the shortcomings of teaching ability and the ability that needs to be improved urgently. The research results indicate that under the new curriculum standard concept, we require more learning teachers who are good at absorbing, reflective teachers who are good at research, dedicated teachers who are willing to contribute, and innovative teachers who dare to explore. Finally, based on the results of the questionnaire and interview, reasonable countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the development of new teachers’ teaching ability: the education department should establish an effective training mechanism, the school should provide support and guidance, and the new teachers should strengthen self-learning and training, etc.
