摘要
随着人工智能时代的发展,教师的社会情感能力逐渐被列入教师培训中的关键能力,许多研究表明,教师的社会情感能力对学生的学业成果具有显著的积极作用,本文将梳理教师社会情感能力的研究现状和与学生学业关系的现状,梳理该领域的研究不足和研究趋势,为将来教师社会情感能力对学生学业的作用机制的研究提供清晰的指导方向。
With the development of the era of artificial intelligence, teachers’ social-emotional competence has gradually been included in the key competencies in teacher training, and many studies have shown that teachers’ social-emotional competence has a significant positive effect on students’ academic achievement. This paper will review the current status of the research on teachers’ social-emotional competence and the relationship between teachers’ social-emotional competence and students’ academics, and sort out the research shortcomings and research trends in this field, so as to provide a clear guiding direction for the future research on the mechanism of teachers’ social-emotional competence on students’ academics.
