康养类本科专业创新创业教育现状和改革

摘要 创新创业教育是康养类本科专业人才培养的重要内容。我国创新创业教育仍处于探索阶段,康养类本科专业创新创业教育存在人才培养方案和课程体系不够完善、产学研深度融合不够、师资队伍建设针对性不强等突出问题。随着“健康中国”国家战略的实施,康养行业对具有创新创业的专门人才培养提出了新的更高要求。康养类本科专业的创新创业教育改革与人的全面发展追求、创新驱动发展战略驱动、新医科建设要求和康养产业发展需求高度契合,这些动力因素能有效推进康养类本科专业创新创业教育改革发展。高校开展康养类本科专业创新创业教育改革,要从建立面向康养行业的人才培养方案和课程体系、实施政产学研协同育人机制、优化师资结构以保障双创教育的师资要求几方面着手,才能从根本上推进康养类本科专业创新创业教育的高质量发展。 Innovation and entrepreneurship education is an important part of cultivating undergraduate talents in the field of health and wellness. Innovation and entrepreneurship education in China is still in the exploratory stage, and there are prominent problems in the innovation and entrepreneurship education of undergraduate majors in health and wellness, such as incomplete talent training programs and curriculum systems, insufficient deep integration of industry, academia, and research, and weak targeted teacher team construction. With the implementation of the “Healthy China” national strategy, new and higher requirements have been put forward for the cultivation of health talents with innovative and entrepreneurial qualities. The innovation and entrepreneurship education reform of undergraduate majors in health and wellness is highly compatible with the pursuit of comprehensive human development, innovation driven development strategy, new medical science construction requirements, and the development needs of the health and wellness industry. These driving factors can effectively promote the reform and development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in undergraduate majors in health and wellness. To carry out innovation and entrepreneurship education reform in undergraduate health and wellness majors in universities, we need to start by establishing talent training programs and curriculum systems for the health and wellness industry, implementing a collaborative education mechanism between government, industry, academia, and research, optimizing the teacher structure to ensure the teacher requirements for entrepreneurship and wellness education, in order to fundamentally promote the high-quality development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in undergraduate health and wellness majors.
