导师团队制下化工类研究生国际化培养模式探索与实践

摘要 提升研究生国际化水平是高校服务国家发展战略、推进“双一流”建设、培养具有全球意识和创新能力高水平人才的必然选择。以中国矿业大学化学工程与技术学科为例,本文分析了化工类研究生的国际化培养现状,通过建设国际化导师团队、营造国际化学术氛围、深化国际化交流合作和优化师生导学关系等举措,构建了以导师科研团队为基础的化工类研究生国际化培养新模式,可为研究生教育深化改革提供参考。 Promoting the internationalization level of postgraduates is inevitable for universities to serve the national development major strategies, promote the construction of “double first-class” and cultivate high-level talents with international competitiveness and innovative consciousness. This study takes the discipline of chemical engineering and technology as a sample and analyzes the current situation of international cultivation of chemical engineering postgraduates at the China University of Mining and Technology. A novel mode of international cultivation for postgraduates in chemical engineering based on a tutor research group was established by building an international tutor team, creating an international academic atmosphere, deepening international exchanges and cooperation, and optimizing the teacher-student guidance relationship. This study can provide a reference for continuing the reform of postgraduate education.
