摘要
微生物在中药材的全生命周期管理中起着举足轻重的作用,包括栽培、生长、炮制、储存以及次级代谢产物的累积和病虫害防治等。因此,在中药学专业教育中,微生物学被视为一门至关重要的基础课程。然而,当前的教学体系未能充分展现微生物学与中药学的内在联系。本文深入剖析了中药学专业中微生物学课程存在的问题,如教学内容与中药学的相关性不足,以及实验教学与中药产业的脱节等现象。针对这些问题,我们提出了一系列改革建议,通过整合与优化微生物学理论课程结构,实现与中药学理论的深度融合;同时,更新实验教学体系,以确保实验内容与中药产业的实际需求紧密相连。此外,我们还建议加强微生物学教师的中药知识储备和培训,以提升其跨学科教学能力。这些综合改革措施旨在全面提升中药学专业学生的微生物学素养和实践能力,从而为培养具备高度专业素养和创新能力的中药学人才奠定更为坚实的基础。
Microorganisms play a pivotal role in the whole lifecycle management of traditional Chinese medicinal materials, including cultivation, growth, processing, storage, as well as the accumulation of secondary metabolites and pest control. Therefore, microbiology is considered a crucial basic course in the education of traditional Chinese medicine. However, the current teaching system fails to fully demonstrate the intrinsic connection between microbiology and traditional Chinese medicine. This article delves into the issues present in microbiology courses for traditional Chinese medicine majors, such as insufficient correlation between teaching content and traditional Chinese medicine, as well as the disconnection between experimental teaching and the traditional Chinese medicine industry. To address these issues, we propose a series of reform suggestions. By integrating and optimizing the structure of microbiology theory courses, we aim to achieve deep integration with the theory of traditional Chinese medicine. Simultaneously, we will update the experimental teaching system to ensure that the experimental content is closely connected to the actual needs of the traditional Chinese medicine industry. In addition, we will strengthen the traditional Chinese medicine knowledge reserve and training of microbiology teachers to enhance their interdisciplinary teaching abilities. These comprehensive reform measures aim to fully improve the microbiology literacy and practical skills of students majoring in traditional Chinese medicine, thus laying a more solid foundation for cultivating traditional Chinese medicine talents with high professional quality and innovation ability.
