基于OBE理念的体育教育专业实践课程重构

摘要 在社会对体育师资需求不断增长的背景下,传统体育教育专业实践课程教学模式面临众多挑战。体育院校基于成果导向教育(OBE)理念对体育教育专业实践课程进行重构:以学生为中心,明确课程目标;以产出为导向,优化教学内容;以成果为导向,优化评价体系等策略,能够有效提高学生学习能力、创新能力和可持续发展能力。这种重构不仅有助于培养学生的综合素质和实践能力,还能够更好地适应当今复杂多变的社会需求,为未来体育教育专业的发展和学生职业发展奠定坚实基础。 Against the background of growing social demand for physical education teachers, the traditional teaching mode of physical education professional practice courses is facing numerous challenges. Physical education colleges and universities can effectively improve students’ learning ability, innovation ability and sustainable development ability by reconstructing the physical education professional practice courses based on the concept of Outcome-Based Education (OBE): clarifying the course objectives by focusing on students, optimizing the teaching content by taking the output as the guide, and optimizing the evaluation system by taking the outcome as the guide. This kind of reconstruction not only helps to cultivate students’ comprehensive quality and practical ability, but also can better adapt to today’s complex and changing social needs, and lay a solid foundation for the future development of physical education majors and students’ career development.
