项目流程化管理与专业硕士培养环节融合研究

摘要 课题以“流程化项目管理模式与专业硕士培养环节相融合”为研究重点,纠正专业学位硕士培养过程中偏学术、轻实践的局面。在专业硕士培养过程中以流程化项目管理的各个阶段为载体,嵌入专业学位硕士研究生培养的各个环节,把握好两相融合的内容和时间节点,让导师在指导环节中接地气,务实且针对性强。因此所有培养环节的完成水到渠成。所培养的专业硕士研究生在一年半高效完成学业和研究计划,结果表明该方案提高了专业硕士研究生培养效率和研究生的综合素质:包括良好的思想品德和身心健康、科研创新能力及沟通表达能力。且该研究对于各类项目应用于专业学位研究生项目化教学具有普遍意义。 The research focuses on “the integration of process project management mode and master’s cultivating in engineering” to correct the academic and practical situation in the process of professional master training. In the process of professional master training, each stage of process project management is the carrier, embedded in all links of professional master degree graduate training, grasping the content and time node of the integration, so that the tutor can be down-to-earth, pragmatic, and targeted in the guidance process. Therefore, the completion of all training stages is natural. The training of professional master students in one and a half years efficiently completes the study and research plan. The results show that the program has improved the training efficiency of professional master students and the overall quality of graduate students, including good ideological morality, physical and mental health, scientific research innovation ability and communication ability. And this study has universal significance for the application of various projects in project-based teaching for professional degree graduate students.
