数字媒体技术下“红色文化”融入学生党员教育的路径研究——以辽宁理工学院为例

摘要 随着国家的飞速发展,民办高校的教学水平不断提高,普遍开始利用数字媒体平台传播红色文化,培养和促进学生形成正确的世界观、人生观和价值观,提升学生党员的党性意识和爱国主义情操。本文以辽宁理工学院为研究对象,通过问卷和访谈探讨学生对红色文化的认知、学校红色文化教育实施情况以及学生对教育的需求。学校构建了“精神铸魂、文化熏陶、先进引领”三大体系,利用数字媒体创新教育方式,建立英雄精神展示馆等四大平台,实施“五学五做”和“八个一工程”,旨在将红色文化与党员教育深度融合。研究聚焦红色文化内涵、数字媒体时代党员教育需求、文化资源整合开发以及教育策略创新,旨在为高校红色文化教育提供可借鉴的模式。With the continuous development of private universities, transmitting red culture through digital media platforms can promote students to form a correct worldview, outlook on life, and values. Can enhance the party spirit and patriotic sentiment of student party members. This article takes Liaoning University of Technology as the research object, and explores students’ cognition of red culture, the implementation of red culture education in the school, and students’ needs for education through questionnaires and interviews. The college has established three major systems of “spiritual soul casting, cultural influence, and advanced leadership”, innovated educational methods through digital media, established four platforms such as the Heroic Spirit Exhibition Hall, and implemented the “Five Studies and Five Actions” and “Eight One Project”, aiming to deeply integrate red culture with party member education. The research focuses on the connotation of red culture, the educational needs of party members in the digital media era, the integration and development of cultural resources, and the innovation of educational strategies, aiming to provide a reference model for red culture education in universities.
