基于高校教师专业发展的评价机制构建研究

摘要 高校教师专业发展既是建构高质量高等教育体系的题中之义也是高质量高等教育体系的基本特征。从教育质量提升的目标来看,高质量的师资队伍既是教育高质量发展的保障,也是高校的科研水平和教学能力提升的基础。高校教师队伍建设是一个长期系统的过程,而教师的专业发展是其重要的核心内容。基于教师专业发展构建由驱动机制、调控机制、诊断机制、反馈机制构成的评价机制,对大学教师进行科学有效的评价及针对性的激励,促进大学教师在教学、科研、社会服务、文化传承与创新方面做出更大的成就,助力高质量高等教育建设目标的实现。The professional development of university teachers is not only the essence of constructing a high-quality higher education system, but also the basic characteristic of a high-quality higher education system. From the perspective of improving the quality of education, high-quality teaching staff is not only a guarantee for the high-quality development of education, but also the foundation for enhancing the research level and teaching ability of universities. The construction of the teaching staff in universities is a long-term and systematic process, and the professional development of teachers is its important core content. Based on the professional development of teachers, an evaluation mechanism consisting of a driving mechanism, a regulating mechanism, a diagnostic mechanism, and a feedback mechanism is constructed to scientifically and effectively evaluate university teachers and provide targeted incentives, promoting greater achievements in teaching, research, social services, cultural inheritance, and innovation, and helping to achieve the goal of high-quality higher education construction.
