专创产教双融合视角下地方高校乡村振兴创业人才培养的有效性研究

摘要 在助力乡村振兴背景下,推进专创产教双融合育人模式改革,是地方高校培养乡村创业人才的必由之路。从创业人才培养的有效性出发,基于某中部地方高校的4个课程创业教学团队,采用多案例研究法就专创、产教双融合作用于乡村创业人才培养有效性的逻辑关系及路径进行探讨。结果表明:首先是创业人才能力的有效性提升,其次是资源整合的有效性。结合当前地方高校创业人才培养的困境分析,提出从创业教育教学环境、课程结构、师资力量、教学方法等方面的有效性策略和建议,来完善新时代下创业人才的培养体系,促进学生创业思维和创业能力的有效提升。In the context of assisting rural revitalization, promoting the reform of specialized innovation and industry-oriented education dual integration model is the path local universities must take to cultivate rural entrepreneurial talents. Starting from the effectiveness of entrepreneurial talent cultivation, four entrepreneurship teaching teams in the local university, which is located in a central region, use the multi-cases study method to explore the logical relationship and way of how this model works on the effectiveness of rural entrepreneurial talent cultivation. Therefore, results are shown from two aspects. One thing is the increasingly efficient capacity of entrepreneurial talents. Another thing is the effectiveness of resource integration. Combined with the issue of the current cultivation of entrepreneurial talents, it puts forward effective strategies and countermeasures in terms of entrepreneurial teaching environment, entrepreneurial curriculum system, faculty strength, teaching methods, etc. These measures can improve the cultivation system of entrepreneurial talents in the new era and promote the effective enhancement of students’ entrepreneurial thinking and competence.
