修身以敬•学以成人——大学敬师礼和大学成人礼的修身进路与全人实践

摘要 “礼”具有文化内涵同时也是教育方式,对礼乐文化进行体验、学习、转化、延展,礼乐教育就蕴含其中。结合“礼”的文化特质和“大学”的教育要义,在博雅型大学中进行“大学敬师礼”和“大学成人礼”的尝试与实践,探寻其中的修身进路,探究其中的全人实践,是对博雅教育和礼乐教育的探索、践行、传承、开新。“大学敬师礼”是修身以敬的进路,“大学成人礼”是学以成人的进程,促进了“礼”的生成进化和“全人”的成长前进。 “Rites” has cultural connotation andis also a way of education. The education of rites and music is contained inthe experience, learning, transformation and extension of rites and musicculture. Combining with the cultural characteristics of “Rites” and theeducational essence of university, theUniversity Appreciation Ceremony and the University Capping Ceremony areattempts and practices in the liberal arts university. The two ceremonies arethe exploration, practice, inheritance and innovation of liberal artseducation and rites and music education exploring the cultivation way and wholeperson practice. The University Appreciation Ceremony is the way of cultivationwith respect and the University Capping Ceremony is the process of learning tobe human promoting the generation and evolution of “Rites” and the growth andprogress of whole person.
