新时代为加强建设文化强国,国家愈加重视文献典籍的作用,法律典籍集中华法文化之大成,是展现中华特色法律文化的重要载体,有助于促进不同国家间法律文化交流,其译介出版在中国文化“走出去”战略中不容忽视。全球化纵深发展为中国法律典籍译介出版带来新的机遇和挑战。拟梳理我国法律典籍译介出版历史脉络,分析经验得失,从中汲取译介出版新思路,剖析中国法律译介中主体自信的三要素以及提升主体自信的方法,从而在国际上打造一个更为客观真实的中国法律形象。
In the new era, to develop a great socialist culture, China has attached greater importance to the role of the legal classics, the quintessentical of legal culture with Chinese characteristics, which helps promote the exchange of legal culture among different countries. Its translation and publica-tion cannot be ignored in the strategy of “going global” of Chinese culture. The globalization pre-sents new opportunities and challenges for the translation and publication of Chinese legal texts. Reviewing the history is essential to enhancing the subject’s confidence in Chinese legal translation and publication. The three elements of the subject’s confidence are further explored, so as to create a more objective and realistic image of Chinese law in the international arena.
