摘要
为提高焓差实验室控制系统的实时性、稳定性,提出引入实时数据库系统将多台PLC组成一个统一整体,分析了现有焓差实验室的控制方法,阐述了控制系统的整体架构、硬件架构以及实时数据库系统架构,该控制系统采用模糊控制算法,为焓差实验室控制系统提供自动化控制和数据监控,确保焓差实验室的恒温恒湿自动控制的准确性与稳定性。
To improve the real-time and stability of enthalpy difference laboratory control system, the paper puts forward the introduction of real-time database system to form a unified whole of multiple PLCs. By analyzing the existing control methods of enthalpy difference laboratory, the overall architec-ture, hardware architecture and real-time database system architecture of the control system are described. The control system adopts fuzzy control algorithm to provide automatic control and data monitoring for the control system of enthalpy difference laboratory, ensuring the accuracy and stability of the automatic control of constant temperature and humidity of enthalpy difference laboratory.
