省级气象装备智能分配系统的设计与应用

摘要 文章探讨了全省气象设备在分配管理工作中的不足与局限性,采用B/S架构,建立符合J2EE规范的可信Web计算平台,以及基于安全XML技术的基础安全服务和统一调用接口,设计了四川省气象装备智能分配系统,并在汛期与气象灾害应急保障期间选取甘孜,乐山,自贡市局进行测试运行,结果表明,系统实现了从省级下发计划文件,到汇总各市局申报需求,统计分析并指导采购合同执行,完成气象装备智能分配与调拨工作,完善责任人审核机制,为全省气象装备保障提供技术支撑。 The article explores the shortcomings and limitations of meteorological equipment allocation and management in the province, adopts a B/S architecture, establishes a trusted web computing platform that complies with J2EE specifications, and designs a basic security service and unified call interface based on secure XML technology. The Sichuan Meteorological Equipment Intelligent Allocation System is designed, and selected Ganzi, Leshan, and Zigong city bureaus for testing and operation during the flood season and meteorological disaster emergency support period. The results show that, the system has achieved the tasks of distributing plan documents at the provincial level, summarizing the application requirements of various municipal bureaus, conducting statistical analysis and guiding the execution of procurement contracts, completing the intelligent allocation and allocation of meteorological equipment, improving the review mechanism of responsible persons, and providing technical support for the support of meteorological equipment throughout the province.
