A Review of the Characteristics, Causes and Prevention of Violent Crime

暴力犯罪一直以来都是预防和打击犯罪的重点领域,学界对暴力犯罪相关问题的研究也较为广泛。不仅有法学、犯罪学的研究者,还有心理学、社会学、经济学等多个学科的研究者对该问题进行了科学而广泛的调查研究,研究方法既有质性研究也有少量的基于统计分析、案例分析等实证分析方法,相关学术文献对暴力犯罪的犯罪治理和预防、罪犯矫治实践产生了积极的影响。随着近几年扫黑除恶专项行动开展以来,暴力犯罪明显呈现着下降的趋势,但其作为一种传统的犯罪类型,并非一朝一夕能够得到完全的控制。并且,随着风险社会的到来,暴力犯罪也相对呈现出了很多新的表现形式。现通过对2001~2021年间中国知网(CNK1)相关文献与论著的检索、收集、整理、阅读和分析,针对中国关于暴力犯罪的研究文献进行梳理,总结其研究成果和不足。

Violent crime has always been a key area for crime prevention and combat, and the academic community has not only researchers in law and criminology, but also researchers in psychology, sociology, ethics and other disciplines to conduct scientific and extensive investigation and research on this issue, and the re-search methods are both qualitative research and a small number of empirical analysis methods, and the relevant academic literature has had a positive impact on the crime governance and pre-vention of violent crime and the practice of criminal correction. With the launch of the special an-ti-gang crime campaign in recent years, violent crime has clearly shown a downward trend, but as a traditional type of crime, it cannot be completely controlled overnight. Moreover, with the advent of the risk society, violent crime has also taken on a relatively new manifestation. Through the re-trieval, collection, collation, reading and analysis of CNK1-related literature and works from 2001 to 2021, the research literature on violent crime in China is sorted out, and its research results and shortcomings are summarized.
