摘要
近年来,随着互联网的迅速发展,互联网交易所产生的经济效益也越来越大,但是我国在网络交易的发展中也存在着一定的问题,其中,互联网消费者的权益得不到有效保护就是一个亟待解决的问题。由于与传统商品交易相比,网络交易的不同之处体现在具有开放性和虚拟性等特点,因此交易变得更为繁琐,侵害网络消费者合法权益的事情频繁发生,消费者明显处于不利地位。因此需要从消费者自身、网络消费经营者、立法、构建纠纷解决机制等方面来给予网络购物消费者合法权益有力的保护。
In recent years, with the rapid development of the Internet, the economic benefits generated by the Internet exchange are getting bigger and bigger. However, there are some problems in the development of the Internet trading in China, among which, the rights and interests of Internet consumers can not be effectively protected is an urgent problem to be solved. Compared with traditional commodity trading, online trading is different from traditional commodity trading in that it has the characteristics of openness and virtual nature. Therefore, online trading becomes more complicated, and the infringement of the legitimate rights and interests of online consumers frequently occurs, which obviously puts consumers at a disadvantage. Therefore, it is necessary to protect the legitimate rights and interests of online shopping consumers from the aspects of consumers themselves, online consumer operators, legislation, and the construction of dispute settlement mechanism.
