摘要
随着经济全球化的不断发展,服务贸易已超过货物贸易的发展速度。外包作为服务贸易的重要组成部分,已经成为一种全球化趋势,越来越多的企业为了降低成本、提高绩效、提升核心竞争力而将非核心业务外包。中国作为主要接包国,通过对中国服务外包的发展现状进行分析,对于提升中国承接国际服务外包的竞争力具有重要意义。中国的服务外包存在规模小、外包企业认证度不高、外包专业人才紧缺等问题,为增强中国服务外包竞争力,从政府和企业两个层面提出相应对策,进而对促进中国服务外包的发展提供对策建议。
With the continuous development of economic globalization, trade in services has outpaced trade in goods. As an important part of service trade, Outsourcing has become a global trend. In order to reduce costs, improve performance and core competence, more and more enterprises make the non-core business outsourcing. China is the leading countries undertaking service outsourcing, the analysis of current situation of the development in service outsourcing and competitiveness are of great significance to China. In China, the scale of service outsourcing is small, the certification degree of outsourcing enterprise is not high, and the professional person of service outsourcing is in short. To strengthen the competitive power of the Chinese service outsourcing, the government and enterprises should take corresponding countermeasures which are meaningful to provide reference for China to promote the development of service outsourcing.
