摘要
本文论述了供应链的战略适应分析的基本理论,结合销售季节的生命周期论述了供应链战略适应分析的基本过程。结论表明:基于合作和快速反应的多周期订货策略的合理设计,能使供应链服务水平和销售季节的生命周期达到战略适应。
Strategic fit theories of supply chain are analyzed based on the life cycle of sales season. Procedures of strategic fit are also proposed in a cycle review policy for seasonal product. The conclusion is that, right design of multicycle replenishment policy based on cooperation and quick response achieves strategic fit between optimal cycle service level and the life cycle of sales season.
