大连市数字和软件服务生态系统发展中存在的问题及对策

Problems and Countermeasures in the Development of Digital and Software Service Ecosystem in Dalian

目前为止,在大连还没有最具有综合性的软件服务生态系统。其中,中国国际数字和软件服务交易平台推陈出新,为软件服务业发展做出了表率。因此,本文以中国国际数字和软件服务交易平台作为研究对象,通过对这个服务交易平台发展中遇到的问题,并透析其用过的解决措施和通过SWOT分析,提出一些建议。资料分析结果显示中国国际数字和软件服务交易平台运行的是一种把管理软件和实施服务一体化打包的软件服务模式,它包括提供成熟的软件产品、优质的实施培训服务、企业管理咨询服务、后期持续提升服务的项目等的综合。通过本研究结果,向准备进军大连软件服务业的创业者们提供信息并帮助打好经营策略基础。

So far, Dalian does not have the most comprehensive software service ecosystem. Among them, China’s international digital and software service trading platform innovates and sets a good ex-ample for the development of software service industry. Therefore, this paper takes China inter-national digital and software service trading platform as the research object, and puts forward some suggestions through analyzing the problems encountered in the development of this service trading platform, analyzing the solutions used and SWOT analysis. The data analysis results show that the China International Digital and Software Service trading platform runs a software service model that integrates management software and implementation services, including providing mature software products, high-quality implementation training services, enterprise management con-sulting services, and projects to continuously improve services in the later period. The results of this study can provide information and help entrepreneurs to lay a good foundation of business strategy for software service industry in Dalian.
